I love you unconditionally,
Now, just what does that mean?
I値l back you in a fight,
let no one come between.
I値l always stand beside you
even when I don稚 understand,
I値l be there if you need me,
to reach and hold your hand.
You don稚 always have to do
what I think that you should do,
even when I disagree
I値l still stand up for you.
But if you stomp on me
like I am common dirt,
I値l be sad and confused
and wonder why love hurts.
I値l take it if I can,
but, if it becomes too much,
I値l hold you at a distance
if you play too rough.
I値l let you find your own way
I値l let you have your space,
I won稚 just stand here,
while you spit in my face.
But know that I still love you,
and you still have a part
of that organ inside of me
that they call a heart.
And if you ever want me
close to you again,
you値l only have to tell me
just where and when.
If you truly need me,
I値l be there in a flash,
I love you unconditionally,
that means I値l take you back.
