Sea glass and seashells,
never far from thought or mind,
Dazey hazy daydreamed thoughts,
pearled pea pod entwine,
Have you ever seen a seashell,
that grows on top of sand,
Laid in beds of sea glass jade,
Floating on the grey hued land,
Iridescent opaques of emerald,
To my eyes gently transfix,
purple hues of passion’s flowers,
swirled in a lustered mix,
Comforted in shades of seashells,
snuggled up and bundled tight,
nurtured in our abalone pea pod,
where sweet dreams roam at night,
Strings to lace us in our journeys,
so one pea may not float away,
draped above our Sweet Pea hearts,
not stretched taught in long dismay,
and all there are; are words a few,
to make the sea shells talk,
I send you forever warm sweet dreams
that Ladythumbs….
twinkle in my eyes at their very thought.
