There was this guy; yeah there was this guy right
Had a good job on the week days working all five nights
Had the weekends off, spent his time playing madden
Smoked weed, ignored stress without taking action
Low key, poor for sure, grinding but he ain’t aladdin
Given the right moment and right spot light he can make it happen
Never been in love, never met the right girl
Lived in a mexican neighborhood inside a white world
Met a few girls who gave him the pg version
Never seen what was behind the channels where the tvs blurring
Had big things on his mind, big time success
Thinking to himself, “get in, get mine and jet”
A good guy, never been a problem to the neighbors
Just always thought of rythmes and then jotted them on paper
That was, until he got older and met a female
More than just another story teller through text and e-mail
Boy meets girl, affection grows, sunshine glows
He’s with her every day walking to her in rain, sometimes snow
His friends vanish, disappears with the childish tendencies
Inside the same bottom drawer he files his memories
Smiles with reddened cheeks and slaves to her every need
Blows with heavens breeze and sways with the prairies leaves
Dazzle in distress, his heart rattles in his chest
Never been here before, lays helpless, so fragile in his nest
Fired emotions, giving away chemicals so the torch can burn
Guilty as charged everybody and courts adjourned
Give up all of his hopes and dreams just to make her happy
Make her life sweet like blue raspberry flavored candy
Thought she was everything, until she found another
Not only are they living together, but he’s now her lover
Poor kid, can’t go back now for the things he left behind
Losing everything he had to tragedy that seems less than kind
Girl hurts boy, so now he’s lost, all fucked up in the head
Pillows all bunched up, curled and crunched up in his bed
Staring at the wall, tears run from his red cheek to his bed sheets
Thinking of her every night until he would fall off into a dead sleep
Only to wake up the next day and re live it again and again
To suffer in the past and think of the things she did to him in the end
Gee wiz, these kids, now he’s numb, empty, scarred and hallow
No one to turn to, life becomes a glass of beer that is too hard to swallow
Until one drunken night, he falls into a young ladies trap
Dumb crazy cat, made it a 360 after he pulled this one eighty crap
Got so lonely he let temptation pull him into a sad helpless game
Didn’t care about anyone since no one else had felt his pain
Got this girl all tied up, she thought he was her one and only
Thinking about the intimate moments when she’d say, come and hold me
Something slowly becomes something that doesn’t make friends smile
Becoming lonely, his pain proves that ones loving aint gentile
Boy hurts girl, he couldn’t do it, not after the past girl
He told himself he would stop; he would stop after the last girl
But he fucked up; he fell under to a swift swing of the snow shovel
So suttle, though trouble caught up like gravity when you blow bubbles
Exploded, he became the very thing he truly despised with men
Something so unreal it actually feels like a movie at times with him
With all this, and so much more, he just knew he’d just die within
He never knew why other men do these sick types of sin
For he always thought loving a woman is when truly his life begins
Stuck now in a world of sodemy wondering when his loopy grim life will end
Moral of the story, a good guy meets a bad girl
Brings him into her nurture inside a sick and sad world
Breaks his heart, takes it apart, and leaves him in the dust
Airborne love, turns hostile, he then breathes in the lust
Goes on to hurt another innocent young little girl
To only keep the circle love games in rotation in this dumb simple world
Good guy meets bad girl, bad girl hurts good guy
Good guy turns bad and sees what the sex life looks like
Bad guy finds good girl and good girl’s lights came on
But bad guy hurts good girl and all around the world, same song
Good girl turns bad, and in revenge hurts a good guy
And then it’s start all over again, so long, goodnight…
