I say cry, cry, cry! Get it out, spill it.
I think your message is important, and admitting you've had your life crushed by this person isn't bad, or anything to hide.
I dont mean that in the literal sense. But it took years to understand that it's okay to say, HEY!, you've crushed me, and I'm hurting!
