Acheron’s passing charge.
Brace for the changing channels,

The Shades of Heroes wander,
Past Charon’s passing barge;

A judgement will be granted,
On dead lips, prayers are chanted.
Stood before three judges,
In the Realm Of The Dead,

Three realms of Being are found,
Deep in Hades Abode.
Islands of the Blessed souls,
Hells, described in ancient scrolls,
And vast fields of Asphodel.
Where the journey is slowed,

I enjoyed the repetiton in this piece. Usually it just bothers me because most poets repeat the must useless sentences but in your piece it kept in engraving this eerie feeling into my gut. it was really strong and terrifying. I loved the use of mythology in your piece, it was really fantastic.
