Life's Maze

Missing image
Beneath confusion's clouds I stand
awaiting for a sign,
to show me just where I belong
within God's grand design.

So many paths that beckon me
which is the one sincere,
for darkness tries to play all tricks
and phantoms do appear.

I've made mistakes along the way
this choice now I must make,
as many ways now intersect
my faith will never break.

Into His hands I trust my soul
and have done for so long,
I hear His angels beckon me
this premonition strong.

I know the fears will haunt again
each day an ambush lies in wait,
I'll keep my eyes upon His light
and fly to Heaven's gate.

    a good poem, ah confusion, it does get a little fluffy at times yes, and we have to wade on through the cotton to find the right path.

    I love this piece! It is all to true and the way you wrote it was so inspiring!

    The Rhyme and flow were flawless!

    as a christian myself I can relate to this piece in so many ways. Everyday it seems I am struck with new temptations and choices have to be made. I know I haven't always made the right ones...but I always know that no matter what I do God will be there. I love this piece..just to reiderate
