Our Friendship in Love Given

                            Standing there watching you I wonder
                              why it is you never smile and laugh?
                            Meeting you was the best thing for me
                              as we think so much along the same lines.
                            The day that we met was one of those
                              things that happen for a reason you know.

                            Looking back to when it all came to light
                              we were laughing together bout our lives.
                            Similar we were about the way we grew up
                              chasing our seperate rainbows indivually.
                            Our friendship grew as we spent time recalling
                              memories of each other past experiences.

                            Then one day I discovered that you'd been crying
                              lost in your thoughts of losing the one you loved.
                            Why didn't you come to me in your time of need
                              and use my shoulder to ease your deepest burden.
                            You have to know that I will always be there for you
                              because we've shared so many secrets of life.

                            Come and let me hug and comfort you now
                              when your need is so difficult to bare alone.
                            Between the two of us we can overcome all
                                things we find that makes us cry the tears.
                            Love is the strongest bond that we can share
                                giving us strength to carry on with life.
