Kiss Me

open    wide
with a laugh and a smile
bright red from lipstick and too many kisses
just a hint of darting tongue; drawing you to me
the shine of promise darkening the shadows on my bottom lip
(toying with danger and what's left of your dignity
waiting for the moment) my lips meet yours again
unknowingly bringing all my schemes together
hot breaths mingling heat rushes my skin
as you submit and find these ties
setting me free

Author notes

I wrote this for a shapes contest, but decided it was bit hot for an all ages contest. If my shape is really that terrible, it's supposed to be lips. I used courier because each letter and space is the same width, but it kind of makes it look. . . not as good. Hmm.
