Dreams

I see you watching me
eyes following me through the crowd
I want to speak but my throat is too dry
And the only thing I can do is think

Kiss me I think
Put your lips to mine
Close your eyes and
open your heart

Love me I dream
Hold me close and tight
Let your arms envelop me
and let the words escape your lips

Marry me I sigh
Find the perfect moment
get down on one knee
and make my heart fill with joy

I watch your eyes follow me again
And as my heart beats faster I stop
I turn around and walk back to you
I stop, smile and say "Hi"
