Initiate pause
Leave no one the cause
Slowly dissipate
Start to feel the hate
Eternal remains
Not bound by these chains
Observing firelight
Souls in dark of night
Neverending say
Doomed to lose their way
Selfishly resist
Ghosts hide in the mist
Rendering forgot
For the thought counts not
Making enemies
All hopes turn to pleads
Lawmakers decide
The truths they shall hide
Catching criminals
While they act like fools
Hypocrites beware
These men do not care

Guilty innocents
Locked up for the rent
Sacrificial lambs
Now caught with red hands
Exorcist demands
Some shell of a man
Sacred paradise
Not for those with eyes
Indulging ourselves
Placed up on the shelves
Immortal sculptures
All the same old whores
Enchanting temptress
Kill me with a kiss
Endless endeavors
Deals made with no cures
Mythology gone
Lead to live all wrong
Author notes
An original style I came up with that is inspired by and devoted to my faith. I dedicate this to all Pagans & Buddhists as well as any other spiritual people that are not judgemental, ignorant, or hateful but are willing to embrace other cultures no matter how different they may be!
**Attention:No one has to read all of this. You can skip to the bottom if you don't care to be enlightened and prefer to limit yourself instead**
I am a deeply devoted Pagan and I also love eastern philosophy. I'm also Pantheist which means I believe in and respect all beliefs systems and orders of faith no matter how different, although I do not tolerate the ones that try to demonize all others and make people fear and hate one another. We have enough reasons to fear and hate each other without involving our beliefs, so everyone please quit bashing one another! That last part was supposed to be funny, by the way (just a joke) Well really it's true though. Hahaha! There are many reasons for people to feel hatred or fear and want to fight which also happen to exclude faith, so find some other stupid reason if you insist on fighting, or better yet don't!
Anyways, in the Pagan faith there are two numbers that are most sacred, and those numbers are two (2) and five (5) ! They are synonymous with Goddess worship and Pagan symbolism. The pentacle (a star inside of a circle) and the cross are Pagan symbols. However the cross orginally had all its arms at equal length, and not until later did it transform into the cruciform.
Some people think it was stolen but it was actually adopted by the Roman Emperor Constantine in order to help unite the people of ancient Rome. Constantine wanted the wars between the Christians and Pagans to stop so he decided to merge them together to make converting less difficult for the Pagans. That is also why we celebrate Christmas on the birthdays of Pagan (Greek & Egyptian) Gods Mithras, Osiris, Adonis, and Dionysus, instead of the actual birth date of Jesus. Also we've managed to keep the harvest holiday for all souls long since passed, known as Halloween, around after centuries of complaints from unknowing fearful yet faithful Christians who believed everything they were told without question, which was that Paganism is the same as devil worship. People, it is Nothing of the sort! (Unless you consider women, Earth, and all things living or nonliving to be Evil) It's a belief system based on the worship of the Goddess and Mother Earth (as well as the belief that all life and the non-living creations are sacred and have some meaning or purpose to serve) The Pagans were truly happy with their lives and had no intention of converting to a strange new faith based on deception, violence, and hypocrisy, so their faith was attacked by sexist men, with a strong bullshit smear campaign trying to spread hate and fear with lies by claiming Pagans were sick, evil, devil worshipping fiends. Those pathetic excuses I shouldn't even dare call men, were intimidated by women with strong minds and will power, strength, and endurance, which matched or exceeded their own. Insecure men of that time feared they were less important because they could not bring life into the world (and it's a well known fact that women have a higher pain tolerance and quicker reflexes than our male counterparts as well as the fact that we tend to mature faster) which made the men feel as though they were the weaker sex....so out of jealousy and insecurity they let their ego get the best of them and they turned our once wonderful matriarchal society into a patriarchal society....an awful world where cruelty, ignorance, violence, and self-indulgence are seen as strengths and things to strive for or be better at. Rather than learning self control and discipline our society learns disrespect and abusive behavior is what gets you farther in the world and that is why things are so horrible and why there are so many screwed up kids becoming screwed up parents that are making more screwed up generations for the future. It is an endless cycle and a fact of life is that things happen in cycles. It think the time has come for us women to take back the whole leadership role or at least have an equal partnership, so we can bring some peace and order to this chaotic place so full of lost corrupted souls! We need to learn to respect ourselves and others as well as become more enlightened and once again start to focus on spiritual matters of the mind, heart, soul, and body over those involving money, superficial or artificial beauty, worldly accomplishments, and material wealth.
For the men out there: I know some of you are wonderful sweethearts and ok guys. I want to thank you for having the strength to resist temptation and corruption! You make us all proud that instead of becoming cold heartless jerks with a fake tough guy facade you chose to remain pure and true to yourselves and the rest of the world as well! Congratulations on being a true success and not being a failure at life! You passed every test given to you with flying colors and that deserves some recognition! Continue on your path....you who can truly and proudly call yourselves Brave Men! I want to see you on the other side with me and the others who woke up and finally made amends for their wrong doings or those that managed to do nothing wrong at all.
One last interesting bit of information for you: The image of Mary nursing baby Jesus was originally the Egyptian Goddess Isis nursing baby Horus, who also had an imacculate conception.
My new style switches from using 2-5 words per line (each line having 5 syllables) and in order to keep the proper flow they must also rhyme!
