Questions, But No Answers

Rhythms move,
and threads are woven,
and people come
in and out your life -

And all you find
of all these things,
are questions,
but no answers.

Music rings, and
songs are sung to
strange ideas and
melodies -

And again you find
of all these things,
more questions,
but no answers.

Books you read,
and sights you see
put new perspectives
on life experiences -

But all you find
of all these things,
are questions,
but no answers.

This feels like a song, especially with the recurring stanza, which works really well.

To be honest I have seen this background several times lately and I have to admit I just don't like it. It really makes the writing very difficult to read for people who have some sort of vision problems. (Like me)

But i prevailed and I have to admit that I do like this one. And I like the idea of your work basically saying while we always look for answers to our questions what we really end up finding is more questions for our questions.

    Thanks for sharing this

      Well, the background -

It's slightly for a psychedelic effect, inspired by the Monkee's song "Daily Nightly," also the philosophical perspective.

      Yeah,

It's supposed to be a song with chorus; but you wanted a poem...if you want, I can incorporate Chorus for clarification in the piece.

      Thank you!

I don't think I did a really good job with the prompt, but it was all I could think of, and I like it.
