Whispers

tender hands clasping

warmth expels in ardent heat

golden glow reflects

diamond speaks inner heat

devotion on finger sweet

elegant whispers

across evening earrings

rythyms of love's harp

echoe ardor's vibrations

passion permeates her heart

This is very lovely, but the form confuses me, so it's difficult to judge it. Still, I enjoyed the write immensely. Thanks for entering my contest. I'm honored to have you show your work here!

The form is titled "tanka" It begins like a haiku with 2 additional lines consisting of 7 syllables each. I wrote a duce which is actually 2 tankas in one. I hope that helped clarify the form. It is not my best ever. Thank you for hosting the contest.

Paloszoo has asked me to co-judge with an eye to form so this comment is centred on form, my opinion of the rest won't count in the judging

If your name is the same as the form AP's stupid new system hides the form!!!

    Tanka!!!

OK now I have established that perfectly on form

Yes, Jeff, my name is TankA the same as the form. I think I have written it correctly for I have written a few of them. But I will admit, I do at times miscount the syllables.
