A grandma will let you do
What your moma never would.
She'll laugh and play and make up games
Like nobody ever could.
She'll give you snacks before a meal
And never tell you to hush.
She used to be in such a hurry,
But now its, "What's the rush?"
When grandma was only a mother,
She was strict as them in schools.
But now that she's a grandma,
She's breaking all the rules.
Spoil the child, spare the rod,
Punishment's for mom and dad.
Things we did never got by,
But the grandkids do no bad.
Grandmas enter their second childhood
As soon as you bring the little ones home.
So watch your kids with those grandmas,
They're not safe to leave alone!

How delightful this write is. I wasn't fortunate to have much time with my grandparents, but now that I am a grandma, I love spoiling mine...just don't get much time with them.
Enjoyed the read.

LOL This is a wonderful light hearted look at grand mothers but to be honest with you, it's the grand fathers you really have to watch out for.
Thank you for sharing.
