Hello Satan, it's been awhile.
Are you finished playing your game?
SATAN:
Well God, not really, I enjoy my job
running rampid, destroying peoples lives.
GOD:
I must agree you've created a mess
but soon you're job will be finished;
it's my time to return and take control.
SATAN:
Now God, do I get eternal life as you promised all?
Am I not worthy of your forgiveness?
Afterall, I began as all other men only I turned on you.
GOD:
Bowing His head in prayer, His words flowing as music
Satan stood in fear, then God looked down at him.
Why should I forgive you? You betrayed me.
SATAN:
God, I beg of you to listen. All this hell I have reigned
has been punishment enough, you really proved to me
you are the Superior One, the Mighty God of all living.
I want to live as your follower, a beliver of all you do.
GOD:
Prayer.......... Should I Father.......He's willing to give his life
to me............What should I do?...........Father, please tell me...

What do I believe?
I say yes, because our God is merciful! And so long as the Devil fixes his way he should be forgiven as we all are of our sins... we ask God to clense us and he does... so should the devil be given the same opportunity.

A resounding no, because he sealed his fate, he wouldn't be believable because it would show in his heart and God knows, but brilliant to say the least in the question.
