Jesus and the Holy Ghost
were just hangin in trilogy square.
Jesus at the right hand of God,
actually at the right hand of God's chair.
The Holy Ghost and Jesus,
who had been arguing two centuries strait,
caught the ear of Satan,
who thought it too good to wait.
Satan, the master of disguise,
posing as a bathroom host,
locked Holy in the little angels room,
then went to see Jesus as the Ghost.
Satan, looking like the Holy Ghost,
knowing God was not there
asked Jesus to see God,
Jesus directed him to the stair.
Satan decided to play it out,
and walked up the stairs to Him,
seeing what he expected,... nothing,
knowing this time he'd win.
Satan had been trying to propegate the rumor,
that God had become distant,
he stood on Jesus' throne and preached
that God was nonexistent.
"You can't lie to God", Jesus explained,
"He would look inside of you... Lucifer,...and see",
"when you stand before Jesus,
you stand before ME."

Very interesting the title got my interesting I was wondering about Satan but he was definitely in there. I also liked the last line best. You wrote a wonderful write her. Thanks for sharing this with us and thanks for entering it into this contest.
