Mentiroso

I've got a veil over my eyes, babe
and you're blowing smoke rings and pulling faces
cause we've got time
time and again
like there never was a tomorrow
and never will be a yesterday

and your lies crowd your pupils
backing up within those baby blues

the sun streams over the mountains
rays cutting through the gloom and doom
of a morning chock full of saturated chemicals
and dead brain cells and unborn children
your face is beautiful to me, honey
splashed with freckles and tears

Because the here and now is all we've got
and I can't stand the taste of you anymore

This is really interesting... interesante i should say, haha...
I like these lines best: "rays cutting through the gloom and doom of a morning chock full of saturated chemicals"
The ending is good. Nicely done, thanks for your entry
