Crying
but trying
basically
just to live.

Confused
and confounded,
perplexed.

Exploratory.

Mother couldn't love her,
father couldn't care.
No one could be bothered,
to notice she was there.

Funny that
the most perverse
moment of all
would bring her the closest
to the one who really loved her.
