As rich as chocolate pudding
in a quaint vanilla malt
will come a love unending
based on the 'real, raw' deal.
The facades will not be needed
the adornment will be truth
in all its freshest colours
down to its precious roots.
The seasons will be friendly
for a new tide has come in.
The day of all beginnings
I will have finally found my lover.
You may not like his etchings
for you there may not be much appeal,
but your heart is not the one wretched
'tis my heart on the silver platter.
'Tis my heart that was uniquely burdened
for the long hold out it withstood
it'll be my heart only that's eased
when he comes along beside me.
He'll not need the proverbial flower
the 'white' horse or shiny sword.
My heart will know it is swooning
when his 'touch' reaches heights unheard.

Sorry about that, I think I have altered it enough, sometimes I get lost in the poetry itself - hope its not too late

I can't really tell you which lines I enjoyed the most because I would have to quote too many. Your last lines reverberate what I would wish for in such a beautiful way. A soul love!
