we were in your basement,
newspaper ink
was smeard underneath your eye.
and acid burned my throat.
there was some angry music
clashing guitars and screaming voices
playing softly in the background
and you started to unbutton my blouse.
as your tounge swirled around in my mouth,
i looked up at the clock,
9:13 p.m.
he was waiting for me to call.

i really really like this.
we were in your basement,

and acid burned my throat.
