Every kid would come out for a game in the dirty street
Some would ball and some would bat and some would run and run like crap
Also played hopscotch hide and seek catch a girl and make her sream
We also had a swing on a tree a rope and branch was all you neeed
Pitch and put marbles too conquers we really very good
Skipping was so much fun not forgetting rap door run
Ring aring a rosie all in the circle boring untill some fell down
Spin the bottle kiss or dare the ones with girlfriends didnt care
when you were young you made up your own fun and they became a leagents
long are the days wee we would give the kids a ball and a rope and say have fun
They wouldthink you have cracked up

I like the kid and old time feel of this. However it would sound a lot better if you revised it abc made sure it flowed, and that you spelling/grammar is ok.

This is wonderful. It brings back old memories of summer and being outdoors playing with the neighbor kids. We could entertain ourselves all summer long. Your right, many kids these days don't get to use their imagination.

lol, not forgetting rap door run lol,
nickie nickie nine doors, we called it, wow, we got caught doing that one, hide forever in the bushes it seemed. that was one game you'd get in trouble for playing if your parents found out.
Other than a few spelling errors, I think this poem is great.
