How do such beautiful flowers bloom,
From the pits of our sinning souls?
How can such purity flow so effortlessly,
From our darkest hours of plight?
Sweet and bitter, we still cling,
To the whiteness of Your garment,
Praying for that tender peace,
That swells within our hardened hearts,
When we feel Your touch, Your warmth,
Surrounding our every deed of every day.
For in Your Holy Name... we are surely the blessed.
