The night sky gleams as life is enlightened,
A small prayer floats amid the silent whistling trees.
Innocent eyes meet filthy fate as her voice fades away,
A shallow stream trickles while soundless sorrow builds.
Strong tendencies flee a mindless soul, as a timid reality presents itself.
A robin fights to draw her babies into the frostbitten nest,
As clouds float in a raining sky, and the silver lining disappears
