Aww, I really liked your poem. It was very simple and sweet yet had this truth to it. I think everyone wants to find that one person that makes them feel loved and as though they can love someone in return. I think my favorite line was

The gentle suprise" Maybe you could change the word surprise to sunrise? I dunno, it just seems to flow better with sunrise, rather than surprise.
