Warmth

Missing image

Shade fall colors tinged as thoughts

scattered by moments known to the heart

and left for another time

pushed back into corners

but,

light that sparkles glow on mat of shade

brings touch to blindness

where warmth seals fear;

grey and Light are locked

as colors into knowing ...

      I have just

      returned from a week of sleeping, reading, eating, sleeping ... and to a find of 'bronze'! I appreciate this. As always, thank you for a splendid contest. Best for 2009 to you. Frans

    You have penned a lovely poem for this contest. The comparison to light and dark and how light can overtake the darkness if we have faith and hope.No greater light can be found then God's love. A very uplifting poem to start my day with. Take care.

    Blessings, Sandy

    Amen and amen!

    What a vividly beautiful way of saying we are blind with God's Light. The Light can penetrate the darkest of dark to reveal what is hidden; after all, nothing can be hidden from God, only from each other. Well Penned!

    Luv in Christ, BonnieQ

    Beautiful visual...the anology of a shade that even light penetrates through. Blessings.
