Reverie Of Dusk

White mystic light, silent highness, my goddess,
How many are the chants that resonate,
desires that have crossed the centuries,
ploughed the sky to reunite you,
Oh you mystic creature of night,
Give the dream of every soul,
the language of poets,
whose lives filled with the need,
to escape the grips of reality, have found refuge in you.
You embrace the sighs of the tormented ones,
Controlling the tides so graciously.

You, who knows the duration of eternity,
who is a guidance to the lost and broken.
For centuries the path of the weary traveler.
Mapping the skies, to reveal prophecies unknown.
Oh gracious mystic ghost,
revealing the most inner thoughts,
You lit up the sky and its immensity,
and only show what we wish,
dreams made of a soft aria, faded away.
you move with a force and illuminate,
port of poets and dreamers.
and whose judgment you often forgive.

You fall in a silvery silken veil of light,
returning to your slumber of day.
Your devine mystery unsloved.
You sovereign all thoughts,
all emotions attending at your will,
How pale the Queen of the silent night.
Only a silver gleam remains,
for your reign slowly shrivels away,
as the light of dawn arrives once more.
Lustrous mystic light, silent highness, my goddess.
