looking back i realize i started a storm
confused spoken words that were far from warm
i didn't say it enough though i wasn't embarrasedd
but you were truly loved and cherished

That will never change

I hold you dear and close to my heart
it becomes more and more clear the more time keeps us apart

God know i've missed you

Misconstued ideas and theories wrongfully shared
It seems i hid away the fact that i truly truly cared

But times have changed, those wrong words are out
And still there is nothing i can do about
the feeling, this panging of immense, harsh doubt

I know i chose the wrong words

I can't change what's been done now
yet still i must express how
