Back broken in defeat,
heart pulsating on the floor
failure my second language
Dreams of long lost success,
slap me in my face
merely faded illusions of time
Ground breaking revelations,
time running in reverse
realizations of the truth
Can it all truly be that simple,
or is it just backwards thinking
answers buried deep in my soul
When it all comes down to it good or bad,
the fact remains the same
failure is the true success

Faded Illusions of time ... I really like that, not sure what to make of this piece, I read it a couple times and both times came up with different Interpretations on what I thought, so good job,
