On The Disappearance Of A Friend

You never showed
And now I'm scared
The night before
You said some things
And when you left
I prayed for you
But now I don't know
Where you are

Please tell me what you think

    Hoodwinked!

You are a master at penning powerful impacts in just a few words. This one clearly reveals what we all, at some time or other, have felt about someone in our life. For me, it usually was my mother when she, once again, would threaten suicide then carry out the threat. Alas, she finally succeeded at the young age just short of her 58th birthday. Well done, dear poet!

    HOOD-WINK!!!

Great poem. Aren't we all, at some point in our lifes, wondering where people , whom we cared for, wandered off to?
