I walk out my door
hop skip the last three steps into one
climb into the mom-mobile
plug the ipod in
[nothing ever changes]

I see my friends
get them bent over laughing
help with their problems
learning from each other
[nothing ever changes]

I go to class
do my assignments
my stomach kicks when i see her
eh, but whatever
[nothing ever changes]

but what is change?

Wikipedia: The process of becoming different
Obama: Economic success

Change is more than a physical thing
it affects the heart
the mind
the demeanor

Change isn't something I like
or that my life often does
But out of nowhere it's all piecing together
