I traded away my elephants,

And got shiny pink butterflies,

That I kept in my baloon.

 

For no one could see them,

Me and my pink elephants,

But everyone can see these.

 

How come, I ask myself,

Am I really that insane,

Or does other ignore?

 

But now everyone can see,

And if they ask me why,

Because you didn't see

                                      ...The pink elephants
