Baths

My Grandfather always said, " I refuse to take a bath because I will just be soaking in my own gravy."

The saying of his makes me chuckle. I do hope he took showers! LOL.. My real Dad used to say "Fish and relatives stink in three days" hence why he never visited long. And I learned from getting to know him as an adult why he made up the saying. No one could stand him for more than three days! HA! Something I used when teaching my children not to wear their welcome out when visiting friends. Truth is truth... Jo

    emphasingly... congratulation on bronze

more than funny, it has funneled implication for me when my sister warned of this more for females slant on infection.

I have a sample batch with dishes, when tap water is chlorine high so a bucketfull was let be for day on evaporative hopes then (cleansing) soak was started. sometimes [meal immersed] ferments I do now got embedded at gradients' levels and reemerged in such loosening water that required rinse beyond splash often lol.

This is a truth that cannot be denied, but all the same, I love a nice soak in the bath...followed by a shower straight after to wash all the grime off that I was soaking in. (I do that every saturday...only showers during the week. Well done, my friend. Congrats on the bronze trophy.

Delightful rationalization with great imagery! Bet he tried this on his Mom when he was little, and didn't get far with it!

That is so much like a grand father. My parents said something similar and I have past it on to my own kids. Regardless, Kadia still prefers to take a bath and loves to just lounge in her own goo. But I'll let the little one grow out of that on her own. She is a sweet kid. You brought back memories my dear.
