Hey everyone,
2008 had brought about many changes in my life, but one of the best things to have happened to me in was this: I had a singer/songwriter from the state of Tennessee pick me up as his lyricist! His name is David Howard, and he and I have been working together since that February. It's been quite a journey working with David, and I'm very proud to announce that we have just released our first cd!! The recording is called Profunda-Rock "Acoustic Journey". More or less, I hand David the lyrics, and then he looks them over and writes whatever he feels is residing between the lines. This cd has 10 songs on it, and I feel that it has some of my best work as a writer. I'll be selling a limited number of cd's for only $5 (plus shipping), so if you'd like a copy: Please, message me! Congratulations! That is so exciting! I cowrote one song with a collaborator. We worked on the lyrics together (though they were mostly mine), and he wrote the music.
The song is on a collaborative album. I've written a few other lyrics but don't have a collaborator any longer.
I know how I felt when the one song "came out" so I'm sure you are beyond thrilled. I wish you all the best in your pursuits. -
