One day i haven't slept,
i haven't given my body to the bed.
i was waiting for my boat,
wondering if it will ever reach the port.
I closed my eyes for a while
and thought about every minute in my life.
i drank every drop of sadness
and ate every ash of pain .
For a moment i didn't want to open my eye,
i didn't want the air to enter my lungs,
i just wished to die in peace,
and let this pain go far away.
Suddenly i felt a gentle breeze,
passing by my face,
weeping my tears ,
whispering in my ears,
calling my name.
I opened my eyes,
i found my self surrounded
by the soldiers of light
and the angels of hope.
At that moment my dark side surrendered,
he lowered his pain and sadness
and the light raised the flag of hope
for my boat to come home.
