lighthouses.

your face
swims before me, stark against
blurry darkness that lays

like an open stretched road.

sometimes
each fibre of your smile darts
and stays supended on my mind;

i can feel seconds
our eyes locked through shadows
and found flickering lighthouses

etched deep in our brittle souls.

    i just realized how ridiculous and vague that was. lol. i meant i dont know about "and found flickering lighthouses." the alliteration is a little odd. but im weird.

    I've always loved lighthouses; it's actually what drew me in, and I'm glad. Your lighthouse metaphor is well done.
