I see you sitting in the shadows,
blade in hand,
blood dripping,
your eyes closing,
your giving up
on everything,
your life,
your friends,
your family.
A tear rolls down your cheek,
you say "I'm sorry",
you say "Forgive me."
I take you in my arms
and look into your beautiful eyes,
i tell you to keep strong,
to hold on and win this battle,
your a beautiful person,
inside and out,
there's so many people who love you,
not for what you are,
but who you are.
Keep strong and keep head held high,
your a beautiful person,
don't give up.

Such tenderness and love shown here
Yes often people feel they are lost and cant find the way to joy and thus gives up on themselves and the world . They dont want to go but life they feel has given them no other choice . So sad it is for if they only knew the love that is there for them and push it away for fear of the pain they have been given for trying and failing . Its truly a shame that they dont have friends like us here on allpoetry to help lift them back up and know they have such strength within its just the direction they so need guidance with

One should always reach out to another who is down and out for they should remember how they felt and try to bring a little happiness to those who are not for didn't they wish someone would do so for them?
