Standing by the waters edge

realizing the depth of our love

Thinking of times we so enjoyed

stars of dreams shinned above

Was our love just an illusion

we imagined it all along

Like the breeze passing by

on the vibes of our favorite song

Where are you when I need you

you disappear into your shell

I've always felt you loved me

but commitment to you is hell

My crystal tears fall into the water

they are there for you to find

Should you bathe in them in comfort

then I'll believe that you are mine

Such a poetic depth here...it felt quite lonely (love the pic and background too). Yes, your words are deep and heart-felt. I would like to think that this is just poetic imagery and imagination (but on the chance that it's not, I sincerely hope the best for you). Your strength here, (for me) lies so much in the way your chose your idea, built up around it and crystalized it in my brain. Nice touch.
