Tribulations did befall those of Salem
arrested and imprisoned by the bench
Nationwide and counties spread magistrate sat
ignorant of their ways for they did not conform
As witchcraft was always seen as evil in their eyes
practising Christians feared the devils magic
Anxieties ran rampant throughout Europe

Leading to their demise by executions
