Your Star (Story of a Song)

I sat in the corner of the little apartment with tears running down my face. Where's your star? Your love? I had you with me and I'm all alone now.

You were my other half and you ran away when we got to this city. I HATE Lisbon! The day we got to this place you told me you didn't like it and I would have left then! Why did you go first?!

You used to love me and everything I stood for, but not anymore. Do you even care?

I can't see your star

I can't see your star

Though I patiently waited bedside for the death of today

I can't see your star

At least its dark now. No one coming to the apartment, no one wanting to talk to me. But how could the darkness feel so wrong? Its so quiet, to quiet. I can't break this silence, its breaking me. Its terrifying me. Another tear falls down my face. I would have understood if you just wanted to leave but with HER?! All my fears turn to rage and still I'm all alone. I loved you and now I have nothing worth fighting for.

I can't see your star.

I can't see your star.

Author notes

This is based off of the song Your Star by Evanesence...this is an old series I did where I told the story behinda song (or rather the story that I saw) while using lines from the song in the actual story

Thank you!! I've got others...I think my best one was when I did The Dope Show by Mariliyn Manson. It had a better story behind it by far.
