You saved yourself for greater purposes;
to fulfill some biological imperative in
finding a soul mate who's nothing but flesh.
But skin chaffs.
It flakes in concept.
Lace your thoughts with mine instead
to create ideas without touching.

"Lace your thoughts with mine instead
to create ideas without touching."
I love this concept. Physical things will disappear, but the things that are intangible... the things we can't see or touch and the things we create from that? That is much more amazing.

I appreciate the power in the brevity of this piece. Talented words, heartfelt and true.
Unfortunately, our world is mainly focused on the physical, the tangible, the things that sparkle when the light hits them.
I am really enjoying your writes.
Very similar to the way I used to write, when I wrote more for myself, I had this kind of edge. Maybe reading some of your stuff will help me reconnect with that.
Everything I write seems to pop now, and this broods...
I miss my brooding writes.
Thanks.

You stepped away from the most obvious, thank you for that -
at the same time I feel like this is just a small piece and not a whole.
Just my opinions.
