Six months to live!
Yep, that's what they said!
Only six months left
And then I'll be dead!

I can't stop laughing
This is such a surprise!
Now I can finally be me
I have no need for disguise

I can skip down the street
Or sing and dance in the rain!
People would have laughed before
But now I'm not afraid!

The weight has been lifted
I feel so elated!
Hold on... only six months?
I knew I shouldn't have waited.
