Through eyes stained with tears
I saw you through a secret storm,
one in which I could not breathe,
didn't think you'd do this to me.
So I just cried and I was left
so lonely and cold,
I was left with a string of scars
in the one place that hurts most...my heart.
How can I move closer to you when
all you do is lie, when my
tears continue to fall like the rain,
yet, you're the one to blame.
And how could you crush someone
like the way you crushed me,
still I am left loving you instead
of making you my every enemy...
Baby it's you, and baby it is me,
drowning what love should be,
how can we turn back the hands of time
to take away the pain and bring you back to me.
