Joie de vivre

sounds of laughter
staccato gaiety,
where friends
pour jollity
into the fountain

merriment cascades
across the festivity
like a blessing,
leaving its print
of joie de vivre

A conversational mood, this beautiful poem has me hearing the sounds of a joy filled gathering, the murmering voices of people flowing, and seemingly bubling like a font. A real sense of meriment this gives me. This is a most beautiful poem, My friend may you be blessed! Robert
