Laugh, laugh
all my way to this insane hell—
brimming with firestone and electric sparks,
arving a pattern on the back of my hollow shell.
Cry,
cry, cry
like the crazy witch you are—
I see your cackling face and your
nasty tricks always trying to lure me into your lair.
Scream,
scream, scream
for all the world to hear—
but no matter how sky-splitting loud you are,
no one will heed, even if they’re near.
