I wonder if you would
give me just a moment of your time...
I don't want much...just wanna get to know you
from the neck up...I mean...
you're nice to look at...
don't get me wrong...I
just wanna glimpse into your mind...
I promise I won't stay too long...

unless you want me to...

You'll have to excuse me cuz I'm
a poetess at heart and it's
hard for me not to take apart
the words of another and
peer between them
and when
all is said done...I've got the bigger picture...
got the
upper hand on
the other women that
might pursue you cuz I
see what you feel and I
dance to what you say...and I'm
learnin' about you in a
collegiate sort of way...I'm
memorizing the text of your
soul and your spirit and I
take the words you say and digest them...
your emotion becomes a part of me
as I hear it...

and I just want the opportunity
to feel you move through my veins...
want to
get a little high off you...
want to
let the innocence of the love in you
rush through me and make a love sick
fool of me...
see I'm... not one that believes in
love at first sight...but I'm one who
believes in "going with the flow"...
when the flow feels so right...

I wouldn't mind the cliche'
long walks on the beach with you...
cuz when I'm with you...one + one
really does equal too...see what I'm
tryin' to say is...it all adds up
when I divulge in your words...
and I just want my soothing voice
to be the sweetest sound you've ever heard...
want you to
dive deep into my soul
likes it's an oasis in a desert...
and I want you to
trust my hands with your heart...
cuz you know I'll never hurt it...
I want you to
cry tears with me...
sing songs with me...
laugh at my joys and
cry tears in my sorrow with me...

I want to...
be the picture of
perfect polarity...
you and I...
my strengths building up your weaknesses
your strengths picking up my slack
and between us we'll
never lack...
a mixing and melding of
two beautiful spirits and minds and we'll
create a love of a different kind...
one built on friendship...
a foundation of trust...
rather than lust...
and I
simply want to

be the symbol of
forever for you...
because you...

are the epitome
of masculinity...

and I feel that you deserve
this femininity.
