    I had never thought about "fear beyond sorrow"... but how that rings true! And what it takes from is truly is so much more than sorrow, because of the immediacy, as you have discovered to us, here. What work we force on ourselves, and sometimes unduly, because we allow fear a spot of prominence in our hearts. Thanks for this wonderful self-aware write!
