Frogs sing
Crickets chirp
Owls call
I hear
The chorus of life

Rains splash
Winds roar
Lightning cracks
I tremble at
The thunder of life

Puppies cry
Kittens mew
Mothers nurse
And share
The music of life

Winds kiss
Sun warms
Sand tickles
I feel
The rhythm of life

Horns honk
Taxis screech
Voices shout
I ride
The carousel of life


Love strikes
Children grow
Family endures
I play in
The symphony of life

 

Seasons pass
Life renews
Join me
Rejoice in
The orchestra of life

    Oh I really loved this..
    Such a creative write with wonderful imagery..the flow is great,.. and it's not hard to hear the music!!!
    Love the whole poem and esp your last verse.

    This is a lovely poem in many ways. I like the use of the word life at the end of each verse. You did a very nice job with this prompt and making the reader feel like they were part of life as they danced through this poem.
