Have a pint o’ kindness
to bring in the New Year;
we’ll drink to yester-days
and toss back a few beers.
Have a pint o’ kindness;
we’ll dance a merry jig.
For when this night is over,
tomorrow will be here.
So, forget about the last year,
we’ll go out with a bang.
Now, we’re blowin’ bubbles
the right and proper way.
And don’t go pushin’ daisies;
listen to me, dear lads.
We’ve only got a bit to go
til Saint Paddy’s Day arrives!
