Bubbling crimson veins containing noxious liquid
pulse throughout humanity
Black streaks of tar like contamination thrives
Greed reins supreme
Killer instincts rule
People crave power
Possessions above all else
Fragile small ones are left behind
Those with hearts to pure to take, take, take!
The victims are being crushed, manipulated
Humanities trash sits on the doorsteps
while fat pours down fat politicians chins
Corruption thrives
as the clock hands thrust forward
Earth's resources diminish
while shiny new cars are driven
A cloud of gasses poisons the atmosphere
People become sick
while millions of eyes
watch reality TV
Oblivious
Unknowing
Uncaring
He closes his weary eyes
and wonders why he's here
One more shiver
before he goes to sleep.....
