Come now, all you skeptics
Sort out your sordid affairs
Whisper to me of moonlit dreams
Of the lights that held you there
A trickle of irridesence
Glows in midnight sky
And sweeps across the ebon waves
That bow and stretch and sigh
And sleep shall call you swiftly
Twilight wraps your mind
Lost to dark desires
Whilst dreams may rob you blind
So come now, all ye lovers
Who have no one to hold
And lose yourself in wishes
Love alone is for the bold
Let dreams be all that's real
Let all your hopes unfold
Within this land of roses
Let stagnant loves grow cold
And sleep shall call you swiftly
Twilight wraps your mind
Lost to dark desires
Whilst dreams may rob you blind
Twisted shadows rob you
Of all the strangled truth
And time is flying softly
Stealing strength and youth
So dance ecstatic emptiness
And turn your face to prayer
Whisper to me of moonlit dreams
Of the lights that held you there
