Gingerbread House

I rest my head on peppermint pillows,
Nestle my legs in cinnamon throws,
Open my eyes to a popped corn ceiling,
On a bed of pixie stick snow.
Lemon drop light bulbs light my way
Pop rocks carpet cracks beneath my feet
Bubblegum door jams soften the blow,
And chocolate curtains make life sweet.
A chandiler made of skittles
a snickers 'bar' with almond chairs,
Reese's cup for a kitchen table,
Wrapped starburst as my stairs.
Open up my card board door,
Take a bite of ginger bread wall
Lick the icing off my roof,
my marshmellow path will break my fall
Hansel and Gretel long have gone,
and lost all the weight they found.
I'm alone in a different place
And gained back every pound!
I look up at the blue raspberry sky
And touch the sour apple grass
As gummy worms wiggle by
I realize its all gone to my ass!!
